A code that scans
The shorter the address, the less dense the QR code — and the better it scans, especially printed small on a card or a shop window.

Paste an address that is too long and get a short, readable link you can share anywhere. No account to create, no ads, no trackers.
Any web page, however long. The https:// prefix is added for you if you leave it out.
A short code is generated right away. It always starts with a digit, which guarantees it can never sit on top of a page of the site.
The link works immediately. Every visit is counted, and the counter can be looked up at any time with the code.

Nobody retypes forty characters off a poster. A short, readable link is remembered and typed without a slip.
One short link per channel, and you know which one actually brought people in — without installing any analytics.
Yes, entirely. There is no account to create, no paid tier and no time limit. Links stay active for as long as the service exists. It is a tool Kaury Studio makes available, not a product.
No. Paste your address, click, and the short link is ready. No e-mail address is asked for, no account is created, no confirmation mail.
No, codes are generated automatically. Because the links live at the root of kaury.studio, letting anyone pick their own address would open the door to impersonation: nobody should be able to create a page in our name. Custom codes are still possible, but only on the Kaury Studio side.
Indefinitely. A link created today will still work in a year. Only links reported as dangerous are disabled.
Paste the link's code into the statistics field at the bottom of the page. The counter is public: anyone who knows the code can look it up, so do not use it for sensitive data.
Every address is checked on creation: internal networks and bare IP addresses are refused, and the number of links that can be created per hour is capped. A reported link is disabled and returns a warning page instead of the destination.
Three reasons: a less dense QR code that scans more easily, an address that can be retyped from a poster without a slip, and a click counter per channel so you know which one actually brought people in.
Who makes this
We build sites that load fast, read well on a phone and get found on Google. This tool is free and will stay free: it is our way of being useful, not a lead magnet.
