Websites for tradespeople and small businesses

Your work speaks for itself on site. Online, it still needs telling.

A tradesperson who works well ends up with more enquiries than they can handle. Word of mouth works, and for years it is enough. Then one day a client asks "do you have a website?", another hunts for your number at eleven at night because of a leak, and a third hesitates between you and a firm they do not know but which does have a page that inspires confidence.

A tradesperson's site is not there to look nice. It is there to answer four questions before the first call: what exactly do you do, how far do you travel, what does your work look like, and how does someone get a quote. When those four answers are in place, the call that comes in is already a qualified one.

We build these pages for construction firms, garages, workshops and freelancers in Vevey, La Tour-de-Peilz and the Veveyse.

What it includes

One trade, one explanation

Waterproofing, roofing, decorative finishes: what sets you apart deserves its own section, not one line in a list of ten services.

Your service area

The towns you actually travel to, written down plainly. That is what people look for, and what Google reads.

The quote, up front

Free, within 48 hours, by phone or by form: say it, and say it at the top. That is the gesture that starts the conversation.

Emergencies, if you take them

A 24/7 line or weekend call-out is useless if nobody knows it exists. We put it where you see it one-handed.

Why a website rather than a Facebook page

Plenty of tradespeople around here have only a Facebook page, and it does the job. But it does not come up in Google when someone types "roofer La Tour-de-Peilz", it does not state your service area, and it belongs to someone else. The day the page is suspended or the algorithm changes, you have nothing left.

A website, even a short one, is yours. It works while you are on site, answers the questions you have no time to take on the phone, and makes you findable for your trade rather than only for your name. Three pages are often enough to make the whole difference.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a tradesperson's website cost?

The Showcase pack is CHF 1,000, fixed price: three pages, your services, your area, your contact details and the launch. That format suits most tradespeople.

I have no photos of my work.

That is the most common situation. Photos taken on a phone at the end of a job are often enough, provided they are well chosen and well cropped. If there really is nothing, we can come and shoot.

Do I need a site if I do not need more clients?

Not necessarily to find them, but often to choose them. A site lets you show the work you want more of, and attract that kind of job rather than everything else.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks for the Showcase pack, from the moment we have your copy and photos. That stage usually sets the timeline, not ours.
